Joy Bauer’s 3 Day Detox: Complete.
It worked. I was super skeptical (mainly because I hate any kind of diet or meal plan that cuts out certain food groups) but as this was just a detox I thought “why the hell not just give it a go!” It’s only 3 days after all, right?
I’m actually quite trepidatious to reveal my results incase really impressionable or desperate people decide to use it as a permanent fix. That honestly scares me the most. I recommend it as a kick to get you back into healthy eating after a slump, you have crazy bloat that won’t go away, or if you have an event/day you want to feel good for. That’s all. This is not forever.
